Refund and Returns Policy

At Signitec Derma & Asthetics, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality skincare products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Note: Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item.

We will either:

  • Replace the item free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover shipping fees


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
