At Signitec Derma & Asthetics we aim to deliver your skincare essentials safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and related concerns.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within Pakistan only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: Up to 7 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: PKR 250 flat rate
Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3,000
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, contact number) are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address
Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
Orders returned to us by the courier

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and photo evidence (for damaged packages)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
